PIC Editor (Andrei Romanov)

PIC Editor is a raster graphics editor for DOS, described as a "tool for creating and managing sprite libraries." It was developed by Andrei Romanov, and distributed as shareware.
It has a native .PIC file format, containing one or more images.

PIC files made by v1.4 end with a 10 byte trailer, the last 8 bytes of which are ASCII "pic v1.4
".
