OmniForm is personal forms management software.[1][2] Purchased by ScanSoft in 2002 from Caere.[3] Discontinued after Nuance purchased in 2005, probably around 2010.[4]
File Identification
OmniForm saves files with the OFM extension.[5] Version 5 (final version) of the software uses the "OLE2" document container format.[6][7]
