OS/2 PM Font is an OS/2 font format. It may appear in a file by itself, or in a (possibly compressed) resource section of an EXE or DLL file.

Format details
A font file evidently starts with a 20-byte "FONTSIGNATURE" structure, as defined in the pmfont.h file[1] in the OS/2 Developer's Toolkit. The first field takes its value from this definition:

Identification
A font file apparently always starts with bytes fe ff ff ff 14 00 00 00, followed by ASCII "OS/2 FONT".
