MAr (Melting-Pot)

MAr (Melting-Pot ARchiver) is a compressed archive utility, and associated file format.
Its documentation says it's associated with MLib, but more research is needed to figure out which one of the many things named "MLib" it is referring to.
It does not seem to have a default filename extension.

Files begin with ASCII "MAr".
