KQP
From Just Solve the File Format Problem
.KQP is a raster graphics format associated with Konica Picture Show, and related software (PC PictureShow). Konica Picture Show seems to have been a 1990s-era photo development service that provided digital images on floppy disk.
The .KQP file extension was probably derived from Konica Quality Photo, a division of Konica. It is also said to stand for Konica Quality Picture
KQP is a form of Pegasus PIC. See Pegasus PIC for more information relevant to KQP.
