ERI, or Eri-chan, is a compressed raster graphics format developed by Lashade Entis. All known information about it is in Japanese.

More research needed. Files are observed to start with ASCII "Entis
", followed by byte 0x1a
. ASCII "Entis Rasterized Image
" appears at offset 16.
