EMSA/MAS
From Just Solve the File Format Problem
The EMSA/MAS Spectral Data file format was developed to be a simple format for exchanging of spectral data[1].
Now an ISO Standard: ISO 22029:2003 Later replaced by HMSA Hyper-Dimensional Data File Format[2][3].
File Information
MSA files are plain text with the ASCII "EMSA/MAS Spectral Data File"[4].
