DeskMate Draw
From Just Solve the File Format Problem
Tandy DeskMate is a discontinued line of software consisting of an operating environment, and associated productivity software. Some versions of it (at least DeskMate 3.xx) include a vector graphics editor named Draw, which has native .FIG and .CLP file formats.
