CORK is the signature of a compressed file format used for installation by a small number of Windows 3.x software products. It is apparently associated with a company named Omega Logic.

It's not clear whether the installer was released as a product, or only used by Omega Logic and its partners.

The compression scheme is ARC method #8.

Identification

Files are observed to start with ASCII "CORK", followed by bytes 0x01 0x00.
