Adobe Font List
From Just Solve the File Format Problem
Adobe products will create a cache file with information about installed fonts for its applications. This is often seen as AdobeFntXX.lst[1]. The files are not font data and can be deleted[2]. They will be created again when an Adobe product rescans the font locations.[3] Other font caches may also exist[4].
