Zip disk

The Zip disk is a rotating magnetic storage medium housed in a hard plastic protective cassette. Invented by the Iomega Corporation. This "super-floppy" disk storage product came in 100 MB, 250 MB, and 750 MB capacities, and was sold from 1994 through approximately 2003.

Drives and disks often had the "Click of Death", causing the loss of data or transferring issues to other disks.
