'''Adobe RGB (1998)''', or just '''Adobe RGB''', is a color space associated with [[Adobe Photoshop]]. It has a somewhat larger color gamut than [[sRGB]].

It was invented accidentally by Adobe, in a botched attempt to support SMPTE 240M. Photoshop originally listed it as "SMPTE 240M", but soon renamed it to "Adobe RGB 1998".
