T-PACK (also written TPACK) is an executable compression utility for DOS. It compresses COM files. It was developed primarily by "Max / Tuscon".

It offers two compression schemes, -m1 and -m2, with different trade-offs between overhead and compression level.

More research needed. Compressed files are observed to start with bytes 68 00 01 fd 60 be.
