Nova Launcher Backups are backups that Nova Launcher, an android app made. They are basically just renamed .zip files.

nova.xml
An XML file that contains the settings of the launcher (icon pack, colors, values, etc)
supportDetails.txt
Contains details used to be used for support purposes.
