mp3stegz by Achmad Zaenuri hides files inside MP3 files.
It uses 'empty frame stuffing' (find unused frames in a constant bitrate (CBR) MP3 cover file and stuff them with secret data, all without introducing any noise). Therefore it will not work with VBR MP3s.
Hidden data is compressed with ZLib and encrypted with AES
