.4V files are music data for the Microdeal Quartet tracker on the Atari ST. There is also an Amiga version. Unknown if Atari and Amiga versions use the same file format.
.4V files contain only music data. They are used together with .SET files which contain a set of samples.
Documentation of the .4V format is unavailable. It is not a standard tracker file.
