[edit] Description
CELT (Constrained Energy Lapped Transform) is an audio compression codec designed for high-quality, low-delay audio transmission (i.e. for telephony or network music performance). It has been merged into the IETF Opus codec and is now obsolete. It should be noted that due to the work in progress nature of CELT, compatibility may not be preserved between releases.
