Watcom SQL is a relational database system developed in the early 90's by Watcom. The company was aqcuired by Sybase and the software was renamed into SQL Anywhere.

Watcom SQL .db files can be read with an ODBC driver, which is included with SQL Anywhere, provided you know the username and password.
