Microsoft Help 2 is a help format developed by Microsoft. It normally comes "wrapped in" a viewer program (in Portable Executable format)[2]. It was intended to be the successor to CHM[3], AKA "Microsoft Help", but does not seem to have seen much use outside of software development programs and Microsoft Office[4][3]. It was succeeded by Microsoft Help Viewer.
