MSG is a format used for help messages in the OS/2 operating system.

Identification
Such OS/2 message files begin with "0xFF
", followed by "MKMSG
".
The next byte is 0x00
.
At offset 16 version value 0 or 2 is stored as 2 byte little endian value.
