VIV is an archive format found in Electronic Arts games; it has been observed in the NBA Live and Need For Speed game series, and is probably in other games, used to contain files such as graphics in FSH format. It appears the files are stored in an uncompressed manner.
Identification
VIV files start with bytes 42 49 47 46
(hex), spelling "BIGF" in ASCII.
