Only v1.3 has been located. According to the change log, earlier versions were in the form of a toolkit that was not as automated.

For v1.3, the first 1216 bytes of a generated file are probably always the same. ASCII "MkCom.COM" appears at offset 4. Files end with byte 0x1a.
