Description
MSQ files are produced by Mario Sequencer, a reimplementation of the Mario Paint sequencer. They also appear to be produced (although presumably in a somewhat different form) by TrioSequencer, which seems to be an update / upgrade of Mario Sequencer with additional functionality.
