The Civilization BIC saved game format is used to save game status in the Civilization III game. There is also another variant called BIX.
[edit] Identification
Files start with the ASCII text BIC
followed by a space and then VER#
. In the BIX variant, there is an X in place of the space, making it say BICX
.
