Overview
These formats describe how a page that is to be printed looks like. It's mostly used as final format before the data is sent to the printer.
- DVI TeX/LaTeX
- EMF, a variant of WMF as used by Windows in print spooling
- ESC/P, Epson Standard Code for Printers
- HP-GL
- PCL (e.g. PCL5, PCL6 used in laser printers)
- PDF (derived from PostScript)
- PS, EPS (Adobe PostScript)
- XPS (XML Paper Specification)
