== Description ==
The Memory Stick Voice format is an audio file format used for recording on the Sony Memory Stick IC recorder (ICD-MS1). There are two variants of the format - the first is MSV (ADPCM), which apparently uses a special version of [[ADPCM]] [http://web.archive.org/web/20011208011229/http://www.sel.sony.com/SEL/consumer/icrecorder/flash/faq_capability.html#3], and the second is MSV (LPEC), using Sony's proprietary [[LPEC]] codec.
