Xerox Doodle brush is a simple bi-level image format supported by Pbmplus/Netpbm.

We suspect the format is associated with the only Xerox product we can find named Doodle: a paint program for the Xerox Dandelion computer (related to the Xerox Star). Doodle was written by Dan Silva (who later created Deluxe Paint) and Bill Bowman around 1980.
