A TIBCO Foresight HIPAA Validator Validation Profile File, also known as an APF file (not to be confused with Apple Preferred graphics, which also has an APF extension), is a file storing the configuration settings by which medical transactions processed through the TIBCO Foresight transaction automation software are validated for HIPAA compliance.
